The first time I tried baking cranberry cookies, they came out like this. They were awesomely delicious, but were oddly shaped. (Hey, I just followed the directions!! I swear!) Everyone in my family and my brother’s co-workers loved them so much that I ended up making another batch not too long later. UNFORTUNATELY, those turned out burnt as I had overestimated the time in which they should be baked…. (Hey, I followed the directions again, but I guess the oven refused to cooperate with me that night). Because of my embarrassment, though, you all will have to go with no photos for that messed-up batch. x.x Finally, I decided to make my third attempt at the lovely and tasty “Coconut and Cranberry Cookies” (recipe by Linda Doeser, “1 dough, 100 cookies”). This is the eye candy (for you, actual for me, HAHA).

They are SO delicious, I am not even kidding. Not that I am complimenting myself or anything, but that the author of the cookie book is a
genius. Trust me; I couldn’t do any of this without help or instructions. Heh heh.
Coconut + cranberries + cookies = LOVE.
